PDN Orientation Training

We are excited to introduce DOTD's new Project Delivery Network (PDN) - a modernized project delivery process designed to strengthen collaboration, improve consistency, enhance communication, and deliver better project outcomes department-wide. The PDN represents an important step forward in how we develop and deliver transportation projects.

To support a successful implementation, three PDN Orientation Sessions will be offered at TTEC. While these sessions will be broadcast online to allow for remote participation, attendance in person is preferred.

1. July 29th from 8:30am to 11am
2. July 30th from 1pm to 3:30pm
3. August 6th from 8:30am – 11am.

During these sessions, you will:

1. Learn the vision, philosophy, and key features of the PDN.
2. Become familiar with the organization and content of the PDN Manual.
3. See demonstrations of the tools and resources developed to support successful project delivery.
4. Gain an understanding of how the PDN will be implemented across the Department and what it means for your projects.
5. Learn the initial steps project teams should take to successfully transition eligible projects to the PDN.

Your participation is essential to a successful implementation, and every Project Manager and project delivery team member will need to attend one of the three sessions.
