Registration Fees

1. DOTD Employees: No Charge
2. All DOTD employees must register by February 19, 2027.
3. DOTD Retirees: $250*
4. Government/University Employees: $250*
5. Private Industry: $500*
6. Students: No Charge
7. Speakers: Complimentary speakers will receive a separate registration form directly from the Program Committee.

*Registration fees valid until January 31, 2027. After January 31, 2027, these registration fees are as follows:

1. DOTD Retirees: $300
2. Government/University Employees: $300
3. Private Industry: $600

Payment accepted via check or credit card. Please complete the registration form through the LTRC Registration Management System form below.
