Booth Price
The exhibitor area will be arranged with display booths 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. The fee for a display space will be:
- $750 for the first booth
- $500 for an additional booth. Companies will be limited to double booth space only.
After January 31, 2027, the price for the first booth will increase to $850.
Equipment Space Returns in 2027
The tradeshow is back in the Exhibition Hall, and so is your chance to showcase big equipment. Limited indoor space is now available for commercial displays.
Prices are as follows:
- 20' x 30' = $800
- 20' x 40' = $900
- 20' x 50' = $1,000
If a vendor wishes to have an equipment space and a booth, the booth price will be $500.
Key Details
- Two company representatives are authorized with each booth. The booth price includes two meals for each representative. Additional company representatives must either:
- Register as a full conference attendee OR
- Pay $50 Extra Worker Fee for each additional person, per day (Monday and/or Tuesday). This will include the meal associated with each extra day.
- Company representatives will be issued badges showing the company name ONLY. Individual companies should supply name badges for their representatives.
- Payment is accepted via check or credit card. All credit card transactions are subject to a $25 processing fee. Please complete the online registration process for further instructions.

2027 LTC Tradeshow Dates/Times
Monday, March 8
9:00 AM
Exhibition Hall opens for booth set up.
3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Exhibits will open at the afternoon break.
Reception will begin at 5:30 PM with food/beverages served in the Exhibition Hall.
Tuesday, March 9
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Continental breakfast, break items, and boxed lunch will be served in Exhibition Hall.
Exhibitors may begin moving out after the afternoon break.
