***Registration Deadline: November 4, 2026. After this date, there will be an additional $25 charge per registration.

Registration Cancellation Notice:

If we do not have 72 hours advance notice of registration cancellation, your registration fee will be forfeited. Participant substitution is welcome.

Gold Level - $750 Includes a table top display, 3 paid conference attendees, & a 2-minute video shown during conference

Social Event Bar Level - $850 Includes a table top display, 3 paid conference attendees, & name recognition banner at the social event

Meal Event Level - $1500 Includes a table top display, 4 paid conference attendees, 10 minutes on the agenda to speak, & name recognition banner at the meal event (choose Breakfast, Lunch, or a Break at checkout)

The block rate is $139.00 per night. In order to receive this rate, you must use the Group Block Name: LPESA. (A small block of rooms will be added for the 19th for those interested.)
