SUBMITTAL OF PREREQUISITE DOCUMENTATION (PER NHI)

Per the National Highway Instiute (NHI), all participants must have PREVIOUSLY successfully completed one of the two below listed courses to attend this refresher course and provide documentation (course completion certificate) bearing your name.

1.  National Highway Institute Course No. 130055 – Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges (10 day course) OR

2.  National Highway Institute Course No. 130056 – Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges for Professional Engineers (5-day course)

Participants are responsible for providing this documentation to this office.  Participants have until noon on Friday, June 14, 2024 to provide documentation to this office.

NOTE:  Documentation from a previously attended National Highway Institute Course No. 130053 - Bridge Inspection Refresher Training DOES NOT fulfill the prerequisite requirement.

COURSE DAYS, DATES, AND TIMES:
This course is being delivered with live in-person instructors at the TTEC Facility. No virtual delivery of this training is being offered.

Participants are required to attend 100% of the sessions of the course and successfully complete the end-of-course assessments with a cumulative score of 70% or better to receive a certificate of participation/certification and course credit.  Attendance will be verified.  Course times are subject to change.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
The target audience for this course includes Federal, State, and local agencies and private sector personnel employed in inspecting bridges or managing bridge inspection programs. The course is built to accommodate those that have completed comprehensive bridge inspection training (see courses listed above in the prerequisite section) or met the criteria for a bridge inspector under the State's procedures or requirements.
